Kairos Public Schools Facility Use and Rental System

Kairos Public Schools' facility use requirements and approval process remain governed by our existing board policies and procedures.

All facility use requests are reviewed by Kairos Public Schools administrative staff, who make the final determination regarding approval.

Requesting Facility Use

All requests to use a Kairos Public Schools facility must be submitted online through Facilitron. Users will need to create a Facilitron account and submit their facility use request through the system.

Existing Facility Users

If you had a facility reservation with Kairos Public Schools prior to the launch of Facilitron, an account has already been created for you. You should have received an automated email from Facilitron with instructions to create your password and access your renter account.
